What Kubr Does and Doesn’t Do
A plain statement of what Kubr’s reports are, and what they are not.
What we do
Kubr produces fixed-scope reports that compare what a company says with what independent records show. The records are registry filings, tax records, bank statements and court records. Bank and tax records are accessed only with the company’s consent. Every figure carries its source, date and method of retrieval, and an analyst reviews the report before release.
What we don’t do
- We do not audit. Kubr gives no opinion on whether financial statements are fairly presented. That is the role of a licensed, independent auditor.
- We do not give legal advice. We can show that a case or a registered charge exists. What it means for your rights is a question for your lawyer.
- We do not give investment or financial advice. A report does not recommend that you invest, lend or walk away.
- We do not promise to find every problem. Records are incomplete, late or wrong at times, and some matters are never recorded. A report states what the records showed on the date checked. It is not a guarantee of fraud detection or of the absence of problems.
- We do not check without consent. We do not access a company’s bank or tax records unless the company agrees.
Adverse media
Searching news and other media for reports about a company or its people is outside our standard scope. Where offered, it is a limited add-on, described in the scope of the engagement, and it is not a complete search of everything published.
Who may rely on a report
Reports are analysis for the named client only. No one else may rely on them. Our disclosures set out the reliance terms and regulatory status in full.
